Champagne in Kazakhstan

Champagne in Kazakhstan has long been synonymous with holidays and noisy feasts, without his support it is difficult to imagine a meeting of the New Year or a birthday celebration. But not every fan is familiar with the fact that champagne is only the type of sparkling wine, and not every “friend” can bear this proud name.

Effervescence is achieved by additional fermentation of white wine ready, to which was added the sugar, then the mixture was sealed and left to ferment for the whole winter. The result is not always possible to predict: some of the bottles exploded prematurely, others had pungent flavor of yeast. But among the survivors were those that were intoxicating with its subtle aroma and delicate taste. Such copies and won the heart of Dom, which took several decades to “Refine” the recipe. The production of champagne was fraught with many secrets that were disclosed only after the death of the master. Among them and to use bottles with thick glass (English), and the particular grape blend, and the “gain” tube rope. This sparkling has become a real hallmark of the champagne region.

Over the years the wine has become so popular that everyone wanted to join his production, and wine began to be produced around the world. But in each country it had its own name, as the Madrid Treaty of 1891, the name “champagne” is reserved for the eponymous region of France. The differences between champagne and sparkling wine
