La millor sommelier del m\u00f3n va ser reconegut com a 47 anys d&#8217;edat, Paolo baix. Va n\u00e9ixer a Su\u00efssa. La cursa per a la vict\u00f2ria, Paolo comen\u00e7ar l&#8217;any 2000, per\u00f2 la vict\u00f2ria va ser separats nom\u00e9s per un sol pas. En el 2007 i el 2010 va ocupar el segon. I finalment, a trav\u00e9s de la perseveran\u00e7a, la professionalitat i el coneixement de l&#8217;empresa, Paolo s&#8217;ha convertit en un campi\u00f3 i va aconseguir el seu objectiu.<\/p>\n<p>Lloc de treball, Paolo baix \u2013 restaurant Conca Balla en Vacallo de la frontera amb Su\u00efssa i It\u00e0lia.<\/p>\n<p>Per a participar en el concurs mundial de sommeliers, els participants s\u00f3n seleccionats en grups, que, al seu torn, dividits en continents. La competici\u00f3, que se celebra cada tres anys. Despr\u00e9s de la primera eliminaci\u00f3 ronda, tots els participants es reuneixen a continuar la lluita per la vict\u00f2ria. Competicions va durar tres dies.
